Whether your goal is to lose a few pounds for vacation, or one hundred pounds for medical reasons, the Medical Weight Loss Center of Lancaster can help. We welcome new patients to join the Medical Weight Loss family and work together to build healthy futures.
To hold your new patient appointment, we ask that you place a $50 deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit is refundable, provided that you give 24-hour notice before changing or canceling your first appointment. You can also use your deposit to pay for any medication, co-pays, or other expenses incurred during your treatment!
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and insurance card(s) with you, as well as any recent lab testing or other tests which you may think could be helpful. We also recommend that you are aware of your health insurance coverage, as we submit it to your insurance company after the appointment.
